2004                            Re-designed and built interior and exterior of retail clothing store “Bagutta LIFE” in SOHO, NY

2001                            Re-designed and built interior and exterior of retail clothing store “Only Hearts Boutique” in SOHO, NY, as well as replicating these design elements to be installed in stores in Los Angelos and for their 3 stores in Rome, Italy

1991                            Designed and built interior and exterior of “Carpe Diem” a multi level building in Nagoya, Japan.  An article was written about “Carpe Diem” in a prominent Japanese Architectural Magazine called “Shoten Kenchiku”
